What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Everly Wear, the delivery time may be a little different from what you might be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5 to 9 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, it is possible that your order may arrive a little later than expected. We hope for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@everly-wear.com. We will then look into what may have happened to your package.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service via info@everly-wear.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) which you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The costs will depend on the courier you choose. Please consult the website of the courier you wish to use for more information about their pricing.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a 30-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returning products.
You can only return the item if:
● The return period has not expired;
● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
● The product has not been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you are not sure whether your payment method is accepted, please follow the steps on the payment page to see all available options.
All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.
What if I have not received a confirmation email for my order?
That is not intended. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@everly-wear.com. We will assist you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email as soon as possible to info@everly-wear.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) that you received in the confirmation email, and preferably the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
